Discover deeper awareness, embodied connection, and creative expression through the transformative practice of Contact Improvisation

🌿 What to Expect:
In The Art of Listening Bodies, we will journey into the subtleties of movement and touch, listen deeply, and respond authentically.
Guided by Anastasia’s 12 years of experience in somatic practices, tango, contemporary dance, and Contact Improvisation:
- We will work with body scanning, deep listening, the quality of touch, and shared movement exploration.
- You’ll learn to develop soft, fluid qualities in your movement.
- Connect with your own rhythm and share the dance with others.
- Discover the joy of learning new movement patterns and CI technique, from floorwork to lifting and flying.
- Explore the possibilities of non-verbal communication and frame it within a solid art form.
- We will explore the improvisational partnering composition in a supportive, inclusive space.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and openness to connect.
