Description

As part of the Luxembourg National Day festivities on 23 June, entertainment and celebrations are organised for people all ages. Among the popular annual events held this day is the traditional "Spillfest" organised by the CAPEL – a branch of the City Service Foyers scolaires (Childcare Department).

More than a hundred fun and educational workshops and games will be set up by various associations and performers, including the French troupes "Mademoiselle Hyacinthe Cie", "Street Event", "Rigoljeux", "Festijeux" and "Cie Fourbie", the Dutch troupes "Gras van de Buren" and "Jen & Jan", the Spanish troupes "Tombs Creatius" and "Gargot de Joc", the Belgian troupe "Spreiding de Machienerie" and the stand of the Nature and Forest Agency (Administration de la Nature et des forêts).

Practical information

  • Admission is free.
  • Food and drinks will be available for purchase from a number of food trucks.

Please provide children with a wristband showing a reachable phone number in case they become lost among the festival's many attractions and activities.
