CAPEL, part of the City of Luxembourg's Service Foyers scolaires (Childcare Department), organises conferences, panel discussions, congresses and networking events on play, education and child development. These events provide opportunities to share experiences, explore new perspectives and exchange ideas on educational practice. They are aimed at professionals working with children and in education, as well as anyone with an interest in these topics.
