Traffic information
For vehicular traffic:
On the street sections where work is being carried out, one lane will remain open in each direction. Parking will be prohibited on both sides of the road for the duration of the construction project, in order to free up the space needed to carry out the works and to maintain the single traffic lane.
Pedestrian access and access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout the works. Vehicular access to private properties will be maintained insofar as technically feasible.
For businesses and deliveries:
The City of Luxembourg will try to ensure access for deliveries to local businesses for the entire duration of the works.
As construction progresses, there will be changes to the flow of traffic in this area. Appropriate signage will be put in place by the Service Circulation (Traffic Depatment). The City of Luxembourg thanks local residents, businesses and road users for their understanding and regrets any inconvenience that the works may cause.
