Blues'n'Jazz Rallye
The City recommends that visitors planning to attend this year's Blues'n Jazz Rallye on 19 July use public transport, including the inter-regional "Nightbus" services (City Night Bus) and the special "line 50 – Blues'n Jazz Rallye" shuttle service.
Bus
AVL line 14
In the firection of Cents, buses will be rerouted from Clausen – with stops at "Clausener Bréck Quai 1" and "Malakoff Quai 1"– via Neudorf and "Cents, Waassertuerm" before resuming their normal route and stops to "Fort Dumoulin Quai 3" (temporary terminus).
In the other direction, line 14 buses will begin at "Fort Dumoulin Quai 3", and then follow their usual route serving all bus stops until "Cents, Waassertuerm". They will then proceed directly to Neudorf (no intermediate stops) and then to Clausen ("Malakoff Quai 2" and "Clausener Bréck Quai 2") before resuming their normal route to the city centre.
The stops "Fort Dumoulin Quai 2", "Kéibierg-INS Quai 2", "Rumm Quai 2" and "Tour Jacob Quai 2" will all be closed. In Clausen, the "Clausener Bréck Quai 2" stop will replace the "Clausener Bréck Quai 4" stop.
Due to the route change in Cents, buses heading towards the city centre will be departing from the stops opposite the usual stops (i.e. Quai 1 instead of Quai 2).
AVL line 15
Buses running between "Cents, Fort Dumoulin" and "Clausener Bréck"" will be rerouted, in both directions, via Cents and Neudorf (with no intermediate stops). The "Kéibierg-INS", "Dinselpuert", "Rumm" and "Tour Jacob" stops will all be closed. In Clausen, buses heading to "Hamm, Ierzkaulen" will be stopping temporarily at "Clausener Bréck Quai 1" and "Malakoff Quai 1", and buses to "Merl, Celtes" will be stopping at "Malakoff Quai 2" and "Clausener Bréck Quai 2".
AVL line 23
Line 23 buses will be operating between the Gare district and Clausen via Montée de Clausen in both directions. The "Stadgronn Bréck", "Rumm" and "Tour Jacob" stops will all be closed.
AVL line CN1
In the direction of Cents, the route will be extended from "Cents, Waassertuerm" to "Fort Dumoulin Quai 3", with stops at "Camille Polfer Quai 2", "Carmel Quai 2", "Trèves Quai 2", "Robert Bruch Quai 2", "Cents, Kierch Quai 2" and "Tawioun Quai 2".
For return trips to P+R Bouillon, bus line CN1 will be operating to "Clausen, Malakoff Quai 2" and "Clausener Bréck Quai 2" via Cents and Neudorf (with no intermediate stops) before resuming the normal route towards the city centre and the Glacis car park.
The stops "Fort Dumoulin Quai 2", "Kéibierg-INS Quai 2", "Melusina" and "Tour Jacob Quai 2" will all be closed. In Clausen, the "Clausener Bréck Quai 2" stop will replace the "Clausener Bréck Quai 4" stop.
Special shuttle
The City recommends taking the special shuttle bus "ligne 50 – Blues'n'Jazz Rallye" , which will operate from 17:30 to 3:30 along a circular route: Glacis car park ("Theater Quai 1") – Pfaffenthal – Clausen – city centre (temporary stop at 6, boulevard Royal) – Glacis car park.
Bus lines 9, 14, 15 and CN1 will also be operating in both directions between the city centre ("Badanstalt Quai 1" stop) and Clausen ("Clausener Bréck" stop).

Traffic
Some roads will be closed to traffic:
- In the Grund and Clausen, all roads will be closed to traffic from 17:00 on Saturday, 19 July 2025 to 6:00 on Sunday, 20 July 2025.
- Parking will be prohibited in certain areas of the Grund, Pfaffenthal and Clausen (see map for details).
Car parks
Thinking of parking in town to enjoy the Blues'n'Jazz Rallye? Please note the following:
- The Schuman car park is free on Saturdays and Sundays.
- The entrance and exit of the Brasserie car park (Rives de Clausen) will not be accessible from 17:00 on 19 July to 3:00 on 20 July.
- The Glacis car park is free on Saturdays, unless otherwise indicated.

Elevators
The festival area can be reached using the Pfaffenthal–Ville Haute and Grund elevators, which are open until 4:00 AM, and by funicular.
