PARKOUR course
Are you between 12 and 18 years old and interested in Parkour? Want to learn how to get around quickly using acrobatic techniques to negotiate obstacles? If so, check out our programme:
Parkour courses for all levels are held every Tuesday. The courses are organised jointly by the City of Luxembourg's Service Sports and the sports club No Obstacle ASBL. The sessions are taught by experienced trainers.

Courses are FREE!
Remember to wear appropriate clothing (sportswear) and footwear (indoor sneakers). Street shoes are not permitted in the sports halls. Participants may use the changing rooms and shower facilities at the sports hall.
