Description

The "Fréijoer op der Gëlle Fra" event is held every spring in Place de la Constitution, and features a wide-ranging programme of attractions and entertainment. For the event, this emblematic spot in the heart of Luxembourg City metamorphoses into a lively hub, complete with floral decorations, custom street furniture, food and drink stands, and a host of activities and attractions for all ages. The springtime event's laid-back, festive atmosphere is heightened even further by occasional musical entertainment.

Practical information

  • Admission to the concerts and attractions is free.
  • Place de Constitution is easy to get to by bus ("Roosevelt" stop) and tram ("Hamilius" station).

Other events in 2025

Following on from "Fréijoer op der Gëlle Fra", Place de la Constitution will host "Look 360 Panorama" – a brand-new, 71-metre-high mobile tower offering impressive panoramic views of the capital – from Saturday, 10 May to Sunday, 15 June 2025.

From July to September, Place de la Constitution will also be the venue for a series of events and attractions – including "d'Stad liest" – as part of "Summer op der Gëlle Fra". The full programme of events, along with practical details, will be announced in due course.
