Exchange a foreign driving licence

If you have a driving licence that was issued in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), you must exchange it for a Luxembourg driving licence within one year of settling in Luxembourg. You can submit your application to the SNCA as soon as you are registered in Luxembourg.
