PARKOUR course

Are you aged between 12 and 18 and interested in Parkour? Want to learn how to get around quickly using acrobatic techniques to negotiate obstacles? If so, check out our programme:

From 19 September 2019 to 9 July 2020, Parkour courses for all levels will be held every Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00 at the Omnisports Hall in Kiem (except during school holidays and on public holidays). The courses are organised jointly by the City of Luxembourg's Service Jeunesse et intervention sociale (Youth and Social Intervention Department) and the sports club "Energy of Life". The sessions are held by experienced trainers.

Participation is FREE!

Remember to wear appropriate clothing (sportswear) and footwear (indoor sneakers). Street shoes are not permitted in the sports halls. Participants may use the changing rooms and shower facilities at the sports hall.
