Known worldwide for her cinematic soundscapes and ethereal performances, South African-born, Switzerland-based Nora En Pure has emerged in recent years as one of the leading figures on the international deep house scene.
Biography
Nora En Pure has performed at iconic festivals such as Coachella, Burning Man, Tomorrowland and Panorama NYC, and every performance further cements her status. An ectronic music powerhouse, she is known for her strong work ethic and her meticulous attention to detail.
She seamlessly blends different styles and influences to produce a sound characterised by organic instruments, moving piano melodies and mesmerising atmospheres. She has carefully nurtured her Purified brand, and her weekly radio show, Purified Radio, has become a weekly Saturday-night fixture on SiriusXM Chill, featuring an hour-long programme of the best deep, melodic and tech house sounds.
At regularly sold-out Purified events in Miami, New York, San Francisco, Denver, Zurich, Prague, Montreal, Vancouver, London and Washington, DC, she has hosted artists such as Pete Tong, Gorgon City, Eelke Kleijn, Franky Wah, Worakls, Kidnap, Moonwalk, Sonny Fodera, Cassian and Paradoks.
In 2019, she launched Purified Records, which works closely with her events label, and which releases music by both recognised producers – such as Eli Brown and Moonwalk – and emerging talents, who are featured at Purified events around the world.
