Pop-up kiosk in Place de France
As part of its "pop-up stores" project, the City of Luxembourg is inviting applications to rent a kiosk in Place de France in Belair in the summer, offering drinks and snacks to take away or enjoy on site. The purpose of this pop-up project is to create a warm, friendly public space where local residents can get together, while at the same time enhancing Place de France by setting up a food and drink outlet, and installing street furniture and decoration.
Practical information
The kiosk comprises:
- a fully equipped kitchen: extractor hood with extraction motor, dishwasher, gas cooker, gas fryer, gas griddle, refrigerator and electric oven
- a professional bar area: glass rack, refrigerator, freezer, sink unit, glasswasher, wall-mounted cabinet, beer counter, and coffee/espresso machine
The tenancy will be granted for no more than two months, from mid-July to mid-August 2026. The rent will be €250 a month, including utility costs.
