Eligibility
The pop-up spaces may host all of the following:
- Stores selling the following product types:
- home and hobbies
- health and beauty
- tastes and flavours (pre-packaged dry food items, e.g. tea, chocolate, olive oil, canned tuna, etc.)
- fashion and accessories
- Establishments offering:
- services
- leisure activities
- Workshops:
- arts and crafts
- fashion
- photography
The pop-up spaces at 58, avenue de la Liberté and 1, rue de Strasbourg may host the following:
- Establishments in the catering industry, such as:
- restaurants
- cafés
- brasseries
The operator must be have been issued a business permit by the latest on the store's opening day (more information here) and the store must be open at least five days per week (with the exception of public holidays) until at least 18:00.
Duration
In Ville Haute, spaces can be leased for a minimum period of one month and a maximum of six months.
In other parts of the city, longer leases are possible, up to a total lease period of eleven months.
Rent
The monthly rent (including service charges) starts at €930, depending on the occupant's business situation.
Insurance
Before using the premises, tenants must take out civil liability insurance covering the entire rental period.

Selection criteria
- Submission of a complete application dossier
- Quality of the concept (feasibility, service provided, range of products on offer)
- Innovation and creativity (originality of the concept)
Documents and information to be provided
- The application form, completed and signed
- A presentation of the business and concept, including photos of products sold and a business plan
- A business permit (autorisation de commerce / d'établissement)
- A criminal record certificate (extrait du casier judiciaire) – or equivalent document – serving as proof of the applicant's integrity and good character. The document must have been issued by a judicial or administrative authority in the applicant's country of origin within the last three months.
- A bank declaration showing that the applicant has the financial guarantees required for the proper execution of the business operations; this bank declaration must have been issued within one month of the application being submitted.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
