The flea market returns to Avenue de la Gare on Sunday, 6 September 2026 from 10:00 to 17:00.
The Luxembourg City flea market is a large street market where private individuals can sell secondhand items they no longer need. The flea market is the perfect place to hunt for bargains and hidden gems in a lively, friendly atmosphere right in the heart of the city.
Avenue de la Gare and its adjacent streets will be closed to traffic and parking throughout this event.
The following changes will be in effect from 4:00 to 20:00:
- lines 2 and 9: the stops "Wallis Quai 3" and "Wallis Quai 4" will not be served. Instead, buses will call at the temporary "Avranches Quai 1" and "Avranches Quai 2" stops;.
- lines 5 and 33: the "Wallis Quai 2" stop will be moved to No. 10 on this street. IN the direction of the city centre, the stop "Wallis Quai 1" will be replaced by the temporary stop "Avranches Quai 1";
- lines 4, 10, 14 and 22: buses will be diverted via Rocade de Bonnevoie. The stops "Al Avenue" and "Gare Centrale" will be closed and replaced by the "Gare Rocade" stops;
- line 23: buses on this line will not call at "Gare Centrale" and "Al Avenue". Due to "Konscht am Gronn", the line will also be rerouted via Fetschenhof and Pulvermühl. The N23 shuttle bus will run to the Grund from "Gare Rocade Quai 1";
- lines 13 and 18: buses will be diverted via Rocade de Bonnevoie. The stops "Al Avenue" and "Gare Centrale" will be replaced by the temporary stops "Avranches" and "Wenceslas 1er" as well as the "Gare Rocade" stops;
- line 29: buses on this line will not call at "Wallis", "Gare Centrale" and "Al Avenue". Passengers are advised to use the "Gare Rocade" (Quais 1 and 2) stops.
