Organisation of bus network
The network planning team is tasked with managing and developing the City's public-transport network, which comprises 30 regular bus lines and 8 City Night Bus lines. They constantly analyse mobility needs in order to adapt service to developments in the urban environment, such as the building of new districts, and major works projects.
Their work also entails seeking ways to improve service on existing routes, and coordinating route alterations to accommodate works, diversions and public events. Another important aspect of their work involves ensuring that the in-house operators and sub-contractors work together in a coordinated manner.

Operational planning
The network planning team organises daily public-transport operations by planning vehicle and driver rosters. When doing so, they take account of various technical constraints – particularly those necessitated by the use of electric buses, such as their charging times.
They also prepare driver rosters, ensuring compliance with driving and rest periods, and that shifts are efficiently allocated.
