The City of Luxembourg owns 84 rental housing (houses and apartments) across various Luxembourg City districts and, as new construction projects are completed, more units will continue to become available. In order to be allocated a housing unit, interested and eligible parties must now register on a waiting list, using the registration form on this page.
The City's College of Aldermen regularly allocates available accommodation units to wait-listed applicants. Below, you can view the housing that are currently available, grouped by type: C1 (one bedroom), C2 (two bedrooms), etc.
