Outdoor gyms give you the chance to exercise in the open air using equipment that allows you to regulate the intensity and difficulty of your training session. The fun-to-use, high-quality outdoor equipment is designed for a full-body workout and is suitable for people of all fitness levels.

The outdoor gym between the Kockelscheuer P+R and the children's playground has 13 pieces of equipment for cardiovascular training, body building, coordination & balance exercises, and stretching. Signs set up in the outdoor gym provide information on how to use the different pieces of equipment and which body parts they target.

Pétrusse Valley

This 250 m² outdoor gym is located at 2, rue du Quirin (near the minigolf course) and has 12 pieces of equipment that can be used to do sixteen different exercises.

 

Laval Park

The 170 m2 fitness area in Laval Park (entrance on Rue Munchen-Tesch), has ten stations for stretching and weight training, as well as cardiovascular and coordination exercises. Signs provide information on how to use the different pieces of equipment and which body parts they target.
