Pop-up stores: call for applications
As part of its pop-up store project, the City is launching a call for applications to rent two pop-up spaces:
- the space at 1, rue de Strasbourg: for the month of December 2025
- for the space at 64, avenue de la Liberté: as of mid-January

The property has a surface area of around 280 m2 spread across two levels, with a machine room in the basement.
The following may be sold at this site: clothes, fashion accessories and jewellery, household items and appliances, services and leisure activities, health and beauty, artwork, fashion items and photography, as well as pre-packaged dry food items.
The space can be rented for one to six months; an extension of up to three months may be granted depending on the availability of the premises. The monthly rent is between €650 and €2,250 depending on the occupant's business situation. A flat fee will be added to the rent to cover the service charge (<em>charges</em>).

The premises comprise a space of 63 m<sup>2</sup> and a storage area.
