Pop-up store on Avenue de la Gare: call for applications
Submit your application by 13 September 2026 to operate a pop-up store at 24–26, avenue de la Gare. The lease, scheduled to begin in October 2026, is part of the City's pop-up store programme.
Interested entrepreneurs, business owners, and startups can submit their projects using the form below. Applications are evaluated, in particular, based on the originality and quality of the proposed concept.
The property comprises 415 m² on the ground floor, 400 m² in the basement, and approximately 224 m² on the first floor. Permitted activities include, in particular, the sale of clothing, accessories, home furnishings and equipment, and packaged dry goods, as well as the provision of leisure, art and photography-related activities.
The spaces will be available for rent for eleven months.
