As part of the preparations for HRH Grand Duke Guillaume's accession to the throne, and to accommodate the installation of the technical equipment required for the festivities surrounding the event, a new traffic-related measure has been introduced, i.e.: A 30 km/h speed limit on the section of road between Rond-point Schuman and the intersection of Avenue John F. Kennedy and Boulevard Konrad Adenauer. This measure shall apply with immediate effect and until the end of the festivities.

This measure is being introduced to ensure that the Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte can be safely crossed by all users, especially cyclists.

The pavement on the southern side of the bridge will remain open to pedestrians. It will also be open to cyclists, provided they dismount and walk their bike.

Drivers are kindly asked to comply with the traffic regulations in force. The Grand Ducal Police will be on hand to enforce compliance with the Traffic Code.
