For the Luxembourg – Northern Ireland match at 20:45 on Thursday, 4 September 2025 at Stade de Luxembourg, the organisers are urging spectators to consider sustainable mobility options and prioritise public transport services to get to and from the stadium.

Tram service to/from Stade de Luxembourg

To Stade de Luxembourg

  • 12:00–19:30: trams to the "Stadion" stop every 5 to 10 minutes

From Stade de Luxembourg

  • after the match: trams departing from the "Stadion" stop every eight minutes

  • from 22:30: trams departing from the "Stadion" stop every 10 minutes

Tram service to/from P+R Lux-Sud

The Lux-Sud P+R can now be reached by tram via the "Howald, Gare" stop, which is 350 m from the Howald transport hub and car park B. Appropriate signage will be put in place to guide pedestrians. Alternative service to the car park: AVL line 5, with departures every 15–30 minutes.

To Stade de Luxembourg

  • after the match: trams departing from the "Stadion" stop every eight minutes

  • From 22:30: trams departing from the "Stadion" stop every 10 minutes

Shuttle service to/from the Kockelscheuer P+R (Line K)

Alternative service to the car park: AVL line 18, with departures to the car park every 10–15 minutes, and from the car park every 30 minutes

To Stade de Luxembourg

  • 18:30–20:45: departures from the "Kockelscheuer, Patinoire Quai 2" stop every five minutes

From Stade de Luxembourg

  • 22:30–23:30: departures from the "Stade de Luxembourg Quai 2" stop every five minutes
