Infrastructure work on Rue Antoine-François Van Der Meulen

From 5:00 on Monday, 24 August 2026 until 5:00 on Tuesday, 15 September 2026, roadworks will be carried out on Rue Antoine-François Van Der Meulen, on the section between Route d’Echternach and Rue du Château.
During this period, Rue Antoine-François Van Der Meulen will be one-way between Rue du Château and Route d'Echternach, in the direction of Route d'Echternach.
Appropriate signage will be put in place to direct drivers and other road users.
Several AVL bus routes will be diverted for the duration of these works.
- Line 4 buses will be rerouted via the Dommeldange bypass. Travelling towards Dommeldange, the stops "Lavals Park Quai 1", "Knupp Quai 1", "Tommys Bruch Quai 1" and "Biechelchen Quai 1" will be closed and replaced by the "Dommeldange-Contournement Quai 1" stop and a temporary stop in front of the houses at numbers 31 to 35 Route d'Echternach. Travelling towards Leudelange, the stops "Biechelchen Quai 2", "Tommys Bruch Quai 2", "Knupp Quai 2" and "Lavals Park Quai 2" and will be closed and replaced by the "Dommeldange-Contournement Quai 2" stop.
- Line 23 buses going to Dommeldange will be rerouted via Route d'Echternach. The stop "Van der Meuelen Quai 3" will not be served.
- Line 25 buses will be rerouted via the Dommeldange bypass. Travelling towards Hamm, the stops "Biechelchen Quai 2", "Tommys Bruch Quai 2" and "Knupp Quai 2" will be closed and replaced by a temporary stop located in front of the houses at numbers 36 to 38 Route d'Echternach. Travelling towards Dommeldange, the stops "Knupp Quai 1", "Tommys Bruch Quai 1", "Biechelchen Quai 1", "Van der Meulen Quai 3" and "Sidney Thomas" will be closed and replaced by the "Dommeldange-Contournement Quai 1" stop and a temporary stop located in front of the houses at numbers 31 to 35 Route d'Echternach.
- Line 81 buses will be rerouted via the Dommeldange bypass. Travelling towards the European school, the stops "Biechelchen Quai 2", "Tommys Bruch Quai 2" and "Knupp Quai 2" will be closed and replaced by the "Dommeldange-Contournement Quai 2" stop. Travelling towards Dommeldange, the stops "Lavals Park Quai 1", "Knupp Quai 1", "Tommys Bruch Quai 1" and "Biechelchen Quai 1" will be closed and replaced by a temporary stop located in front of the houses at numbers 31 to 35 Route d'Echternach.
- Line CN5 buses will be rerouted via the Dommeldange bypass. The stops "Knupp Quai 1", "Tommys Bruch Quai 1", "Biechelchen Quai 1", "Van der Meulen Quai 3" and "Sidney Thomas" will be closed and replaced by a temporary stop located in front of the houses at numbers 31 to 35 Route d'Echternach.
