Bierger-Center: Changes to access arrangements

On Friday, 3 October 2025, the Bierger-Center will be open as normal (8:00–17:00). Citizens are asked to enter the building through the entrance at no. 2, Rue Notre-Dame. The main entrance (at no. 44, Place Guillaume II) will be solely for the use of persons with reduced mobility, or visitors with pushchairs.

Please note that, on Friday, 3 October 2025, applications for building permits must be filed in the Rocade building (3, rue du Laboratoire, L-1911 Luxembourg) or, in exceptional circumstances, at the front desk of the Bierger-Center, rather than at the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall).
