Area for people with special needs during the state visit

On Tuesday, 29 September 2026 at 14:30, the City will be welcoming His Excellency Cai-Göran Alexander Stubb, president of the Republic of Finland, and the Finnish first lady to Luxembourg City Hall for a state visit.
 
To allow as many people as possible to view the arrival of the official delegation, an area reserved for people with special needs will be set up in Place Guillaume II, near Luxembourg City Hall.

For safety and organisational reasons, please contact the <em>Service Intégration et besoins spécifiques</em> (Integration and Special Needs Department) by Friday, 18 September 2026 if you would like to access this area:
When you register, please specify:
  • The nature of your special need
  • A phone number where you can be reached
  • The full name of the person or persons accompanying you
If you have reserved a spot in the area for people with special needs, you must arrive there by 14:00 on Tuesday, 29 September.
