Eligibility

The following shall be authorised:

Young entrepreneurs who wish to establish themselves in the Luxembourg design ecosystem.

Duration

The spaces will be available for rent for a limited time only.

Rent

Monthly rent: starting at €250

Insurance

Before using the premises, tenants must take out civil liability insurance covering the entire rental period.

Application

If you are interested in renting a space, simply complete the form (available below) and provide a description of your project.

  • Availability for the period requested

Documents and information to be provided

  1. The application form, completed and signed
  2. A presentation of the business and concept, including photos of products sold and a business plan
  3. A business permit (autorisation de commerce / d'établissement)
  4. A criminal record certificate (extrait du casier judiciaire) – or equivalent document – serving as proof of the applicant's integrity and good character. The document must have been issued by a judicial or administrative authority in the applicant's country of origin within the last three months.
  5. A bank declaration showing that the applicant has the financial guarantees required for the proper execution of the business operations; this bank declaration must have been issued within one month of the application being submitted.
