What is MAMAGOESDANCING?

The events are designed for women who enjoy dancing, socialising, and having fun early in the evening and offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy a night out without staying out late. It's all about 180 minutes of dancing, freedom, and a bit of self-care – in an family-friendly way from 8 PM to 11 PM. A special emphasis is placed on creating a welcoming atmosphere and safe space where women can feel comfortable, move freely, and simply be themselves. The music features an energetic mix from 80s, 90s and 2000s classics to current chart hits, from rock and pop to hip-hop etc.

Although the idea originally came from wanting mums to have more chances to go out, switch off and enjoy themselves, all women are very welcome, whatever your age or family situation. Whether you come along with your best friend, sister, colleague or decide to join us on your own, MAMAGOESDANCING is all about dancing together, meeting new people and taking a bit of time just for you.
