Travaux au Val de Hamm

Work will be carried out to secure the rockface opposite the building at 15, Val de Hamm from 5:00 on Saturday, 31 January 2026 to 5:00 on Monday, 2 February 2026.

Throughout this period, the section of Val de Hamm between Rue des Peupliers and Rue de Pulvermühl will be closed to all traffic.

The Service Circulation (Traffic Department) will ensure proper signage is provided. 

Please also note the following changes to the municipal bus service: 

Important: while the works are ongoing, the Pulvermuhl district will not be served by AVL buses. 

Line 7 buses travelling in both directions will be diverted via Boulevard de la Fraternité, Rue Auguste Charles and Rue de Hamm. Buses will not call at the "Général Patton" or "Pulvermuhl-Hammer Dällchen" stops. 

Line 29 buses travelling towards Senningerberg will be rerouted between Luxembourg Central Station and "Cents-Hamm, Halte CFL" via Rue de Bonnevoie, Rue des Trévires and Rue de Hamm. Buses will not be calling at the following stops: "Al Avenue", "Al Molkerei", "Général Patton" and "Pulvermuhl-Hammer Dällchen". The "Al Avenue" stop will be replaced by "Wallis Quai 2", and the "Al Molkerei" stop will be replaced by "Huese Vic Quai 2". Line 29 buses travelling towards Hesperange will be rerouted between "Cents-Hamm, Halte CFL" and "Place Wallis". Buses will not be calling at "Pulvermuhl-Hammer Dällchen", "Général Patton" and "Al Molkerei". The "Al Molkerei" stop will be replaced by "Huese Vic Quai 1".

On Saturday, 31 January 2026, line CN3 buses will be rerouted as of the "Englebert Neveu" stop. Buses will turn around in Rue Englebert Neveu and head back towards Bonnevoie. Buses will not be calling at "Hamm-Colonie", "Hamm-Schoul", "Hamm-Kierch", "Peupliers", "Pulvermuhl-Hammer Dällchen", "Général Patton" and "Al Molkerei".
