To improve service for elevator users, the cityapp provides real-time information on elevator status, including the usual opening hours (5:45 to 1:00 every day) and service notifications if the elevator is closed for monthly maintenance or if it is out of service due to temporary technical problems.

If you subscribe to push notifications, an automatic message will warn you in case of any unscheduled closure of the elevator.
