E-reider pilot project

What is the best way to provide information to residents and visitors in public spaces? What kinds of content are useful in everyday life? Is the information easy to find and understand? 

To meet these needs, the City of Luxembourg is currently developing its future E-Reiders, with a pilot project featuring interactive information screens that will be deployed in three neighbourhoods across the capital.

Before they are put into operation, we would like to hear from future users to ensure that the screens are genuinely easy to use, useful and tailored to everyone's needs.

We are looking for participants of all ages and backgrounds, regardless of whether they are comfortable using digital tools, use the CityApp VDL, or are residents, work in the city, or visit it regularly.

The test sessions will take place on 27 and 28 August 2026, and will last approximately 45 minutes.
