Issue no. 124 of "ons stad" takes a look at the world of applied arts and technology, and how it has changed over the years. This issue pays tribute to the Lycée des Arts et Métiers, which is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year and is one of the oldest public institutions in the country. The magazine includes testimonials by students of the school and interviews with people who have been carrying out their profession for many years, conveying their passion for craftsmanship. This issue also presents the "De Mains de Maîtres" exhibit, an initiative launched by Prince Guillaume and Princess Stéphanie that aims to bring together and celebrate Luxembourg artisans, showcasing the creativity of both amateur and professional craftspeople.

The issue also features historic photographs from the Photothèque and the Luxembourg City archives, recalling the city's chequered past.
