On-request collection services

Generally, we will be able to provide this service within 5 working days of receiving your request.
Information
For all on-request collection services
- Collection days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), from 6:00 to 14:00.
- Put your waste out for collection as of 18:00 on the evening before pickup at the earliest. Place it on the pavement or at the edge of your property, making sure it does not hinder or pose a danger to passers-by.
For bulky waste
- The fee for collecting bulky waste is €20 per collection (maximum weight: 100 kg). Any additional weight will be charged at the rate of €0.20/kg.
- Containers filled with residual waste do not count as bulky waste and will not be collected.
For garden waste
- The fee for collecting garden waste is €10 per collection (maximum weight: 200 kg). Any additional weight will be charged at the rate of €0.20/kg.
- Garden waste must be placed in open containers or bags, which may not weigh more than 25 kg each. Branches, bush and hedge clippings must be tied together in manageable bundles no more than 1.50 m long and weighing no more than 25 kg each. The branches collected may be no thicker than: max 10 cm.
- Grass clippings are not accepted as part of the on-request collection of garden waste. Grass is only collected as part of the regular curbside collection service (brown bins). However, grass clippings can be disposed of at the Resource Centre.
- Once emptied, the containers and bags will be placed back on the pavement for you to reuse.
