Opening of the City's new "Pop-up Hub"

The Pop-up Hub – a new temporary space for creativity, well-being and culture, located in Rue St. Ulric, at the entrance to the Pétrusse Valley park – was officially opened on Thursday (16/4). The Hub will be hosting a number of activities and events through to the end of September 2026.

Roadworks on Rue des Hauts-Fournaux

As part of the demolition and reconstruction of the bridge (OA726) in Dommeldange, Rue des Hauts-Fournaux will be closed to all traffic between Rue de la Cimenterie and Rue Chingiz Aitmatov (north junction) as of Monday (20/4) for two years.

From 24 April to 10 May 2026, the traditional Octave market returns to Place Guillaume II with some 50 food stalls, fairground attractions and a large covered terrace, right in the heart of the city. Due to this, the "Stater Maart" will be temporarily relocated to the Place de la Constitution.
