Stagnation in Luxembourg – How to act when the physical integrity of people with variations of sex characteristics is still not protected by law?

Experts from self-representation groups, academia, and human rights institutions will discuss the needs of intersex people and others with variations of sex characteristics, parental experiences, as well as recent legal developments in Germany, Malta, and Luxembourg.

The conference will focus on collectively defining key points for effective legal protection. It aims to clearly identify current gaps, outline concrete courses of action, and firmly push the parliamentary process forward during this legislative period.
