..While xenophobia and extremism are once again the order of the day in Europe, little Luxembourg, with its 50 percent foreign population, is a prime example of resistance to xenophobia. After all, Luxembourg has always welcomed various immigrant groups with open arms since the industrial revolution - hasn't it?
