It is a modern-day tragedy: the story of a young pop-rock star whose career can be made or unmade in the blink of an eye. The singer Arianne, a rock star of global fame, is the guest on the programme Olga vous écoute, dedicated to music legends. As presenter Olga looks back at the singer’s career, band and relationship with the public, she attempts to shed light on the event that turned Arianne’s life upside down. What happened on the evening of her tour's final concert? Why can’t Arianne remember it? Is she hiding something? As Arianne tries to recover her memory, she unravels the thread of her recollections, from her early days right up to her final concert. This multifaceted show blends theatre, cinema and a live concert. Seven performers act and sing in a modern tragedy that reimagines the myth of Ariadne. Thomas Gendronneau, winner of the 2023 Molière Award for Best New Male Actor, conceived and directed this production, which tells the story of a rock star whose life echoes the tragic fates of Amy Winehouse and Janis Joplin.
