The school’s open days will take place from 14 to 18 September 2026 at our premises at 1–3 Rue d’Eich, Luxembourg.

This event will offer visitors the chance to try out Afro-Latin dances (salsa, bachata), African dances (South Africa, Burkina Faso, Senegal), East African and Cuban percussion, as well as the season’s new offerings – all free of charge.

Programme for the start of the 2026 academic year:

During this open week, the school is taking the opportunity to launch a new course:

• Cuban dance and percussion [all levels] with Alessia, on Thursdays from 7.50 pm to 8.50 pm.

A class that combines, in a single session, dance-based bodywork (Cuban son, bolero, cha-cha-cha, Cuban salsa, Puerto Rican salsa, bachata) with an introduction to Cuban and Caribbean percussion (congas, clave, maracas, güiro, campana). No previous experience is required, either in music or dance.

Don’t miss this next event:

On Saturday 10 October 2026, from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm, the school will host a kora workshop with Massa Dembele, a virtuoso musician from Burkina Faso. Spend an afternoon discovering this twenty-one-stringed harp, the living voice of the griots and guardian of the memory of the Mandinka peoples of West Africa. No previous musical experience is required.
