Ideation Lab registration form (15–17/11/2024)

The City of Luxembourg is the publisher and host of the form you are about to fill out. The City is the data controller and is committed to protecting your data – in particular, your personal data collected in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data that is collected is strictly necessary. The main purposes of processing your data are (i) to enable you to register for the Ideation Lab so that you can share your ideas for developing your district, (ii) to organise the seminar, and (iii) potentially to communicate and establish contact with you after the seminar.

The personal data collected through this form will be processed by City staff within the scope of their duties. The data will be shared with Verbalius, the company in charge of putting on the seminar. Verbalius is tasked with (i) ensuring that the Ideation Lab runs smoothly, (ii) supporting the City's Service Architecte (Architecture Department) in putting together the teams that will work on the ideas suggested in advance, (iii) creating materials (name tags) and (iv) providing catering. The City's Service Technologies de l'information (Information Technology Department) is responsible for managing data flows from the registration platform to the Service Architecte. Organisational and technical measures have been established to protect and ensure the confidentiality of the data that is collected.

The City does not use automated data processing and will never use your personal data for marketing purposes.

Participation in the Ideation Lab is voluntary and open to anyone over 18. Registration is limited to one response form per participant. You acknowledge that the information and data you provide by completing this registration form will be stored on computer media managed by the City. The data recipients are City staff members and the company Verbalius. The data will be processed for the identified purposes.

The City of Luxembourg, in its capacity as a municipal administration with a duty of transparency, may be asked to share participants' data, either because it has a legal obligation to do so, further to a court ruling or administrative decision, or at the request of an administrative authority such as the Commission d'accès aux documents (Commission on Access to Documents). The City of Luxembourg uses state-of-the-art technology to secure data. For example, access to the registration form is provided via a secured networking protocol (https). The data provided in the form will only be kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the stated purposes. The data will be kept in summary and analytical form for no more than six months following the end of the online consultation.
