Traffic changes: Glacis car park and Avenue de la Liberté

Due to preparations for the National Day festivities, Avenue de la Liberté and its adjacent streets will be closed to traffic, and the Glacis car park will be temporarily closed.

Avenue de la Liberté: Military parade rehearsal

Due to the military parade rehearsal on Avenue de la Liberté, this road and its adjoining streets will be closed to traffic from 7:30 on Sunday, 15 June 2025. In addition, parking will be prohibited on some of these streets adjacent to Avenue de la Liberté from 22:00 on 14 June to 12:00 (noon) on 15 June 2025.

Appropriate signage will be put in place by the City's Service Circulation (Traffic Department).

Progressive closing-off of the Glacis car park 

In order to make room for the stage and technical installations for the City Sounds concerts, which will take place on Champs du Glacis on 22 and 23 June 2025, the Glacis car park will be progressivley closed to parking as of 22:00 on sunday, 15 June 2025.

Once the installations have been taken down (process beginning on 24 June), the parking lot will once again be accessible to the public as of Friday, 27 June 2025.
