On Tuesday, 16 December, 2025, pupils aged about 10 from Luxembourg, Metz, Saarbrücken and Trier took part in an original intercultural experience: an online meeting with their peers from neighboring towns. For an hour, after greeting each other in their mother tongue, the children enjoyed a fun activity based on animal riddles This is the first stage of a social exchange program planned as part of the Écoles QuattroPole scheme.

Promsising results in 2025 and 2026

The first virtual meeting of  QuattroPole Schools brought together classes from five schools:

  • Cessange elementary school (Luxembourg City),
  • Hauts de Vallières elementary school (Metz),
  • Weyersberg elementary school (Saarbrücken),
  • St. Marien bilingual elementary school in Wasserliesch and Trier Feyen elementary school (Trier).
