Call for applications: Pop-up Hub on Rue St Ulric

As part of its pop-up store project, the City is launching a call for applications to rent the space at the Pop-up Hub (former LUGA Science Hub) in Rue St Ulric to hold workshops or group classes as of October.

Entrepreneurs and start-ups interested in renting this space may submit their applications until 31 July 2026 using the form available below. Only applications that are complete, i.e. which include the dedicated form and a description of the project, will be considered. Successful candidates will be selected on the basis of their availability, and on the quality and originality of their ideas.

Practical information

The premises comprise a space of 121 m² and a terrace of 50 m². The following may be offered on this site: well-being (yoga, pilates, etc.), art and recreation activities (creative workshops for children or adults), sports activities, etc. Several candidates may be selected in order to create a regular and diversified programme of activities.

The spaces will be available for rent for eleven months. The monthly rent is €250. A flat fee will be added to the rent to cover the service charge (charges).
