Class Description

This body expression class, open to everyone, invites you to reconnect with your body, your sensations, and your creativity through movement.

Inspired by Afro-Caribbean dances, this weekly session is designed to help you explore, feel, and release your body, without any pressure to perform or the need for technical background.

You will work on:

• Isolating and articulating different parts of the body;

• Breathing through movement and developing body awareness;
• Rhythm, musical interpretation, and guided improvisation;
• Expressing emotions through gesture;
• Relaxation and tension release.

This class is open to all levels, regardless of age or experience.

It’s a caring and safe space, a moment for yourself, to dance, to feel alive, aligned, and free.
