What if dancing became a way to slow down, breathe and fully reconnect with yourself?

Caribbean dance in the present moment is an invitation to experience movement in a different way. Inspired by Afro-Caribbean dances, this class offers a gentle, sensitive and deeply vibrant approach, where every movement becomes an opportunity to fully inhabit your body and the present moment.

Set to warm, Caribbean-inspired music, you’ll explore fluid movements, undulations, swaying and simple steps, allowing a natural dance to emerge, free from any pressure to perform.

This special moment allows you to release tension, calm the mind, develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and rediscover the genuine joy of movement. Movement becomes a language, breathing a guide and music a space where body, heart and mind come together.

Each session is designed as a gentle interlude in the middle of the day: a time to slow down, recharge your energy, cultivate joy and reconnect with your life force.

No previous dance experience is necessary. This class is open to anyone who wishes to look after themselves in a caring, respectful and non-judgemental atmosphere.
