Course description:

Cuban salsa goes beyond simple dance steps to become a true philosophy of life, steeped in festivity and joy.

It is much more than just physical activity; it is an expression of the Cuban soul, a celebration of music and culture.

In the world of Cuban salsa, dance is a universal language that takes many different forms.

Whether dancing as a couple, solo or in a lively rueda de casino, every dancer is invited to take part in this symphony of movement and rhythm, where the constant interaction between partners creates a unique and captivating dynamic.

Cuban salsa is an exhilarating game in which every dancer aspires to be the best on the dance floor.

It is a friendly competition, a perpetual quest for virtuosity and personal expression, where everyone seeks to push their limits whilst sharing the energy and passion of dance.

This exhilarating dance draws its roots from a rich cultural heritage, blending the influences of rumba, cha-cha-cha, mambo and son.

It is a true fusion of African and Spanish cultures, a living testament to the history of Cuba and its people.
