The Centre LGBTIQ Cigale and its parent communities, L-mums, G-dads and Lilies, with the support of the City of Luxembourg and the Ministry of Equality between Women and Men and Diversity (MEGA), are organizing the very first edition of the Pride Family Day on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Place de la Constitution in Luxembourg City.

This unprecedented, festive and inclusive event aims to become an annual must-attend gathering, celebrating family diversity and equality.

A unique event in Luxembourg

The Pride Family Day will bring together families, associations, institutions and the general public with a rich and varied program:

• Creative activities

• Well-being workshops

• Games and entertainment

• Associative and institutional stands

• Friendly catering

An official speech will take place at 2 p.m., with the participation of political and institutional representatives, including Minister Yuriko Backes, to highlight the importance of inclusion and living together in Luxembourg.

A highly anticipated first edition

With this festival, the Centre LGBTIQ Cigale and its communities wish to create a festive and unifying space, open to everyone, where diversity is embraced as a strength.

Supported by the City of Luxembourg and MEGA, the Pride Family Day reflects the collective commitment to a more equal, inclusive and respectful society for families in all their forms.

Children will be at the heart of the event.
