The Public Buildings Administration has launched a circular economy pilot project at Lycée Michel Lucius in Luxembourg. As part of this
project, a wing that had fallen into disuse was selectively demolished and the recovered materials were reused to transform another wing into a new library.
The architect in charge of the project will explain how the experts concluded that this conversion project was faster and ultimately less expensive than demolition/reconstruction.
