These two workshops focus on foraging wild plants for cooking and colour extraction in collaboration with a team of botanist, chef, dye expert and designers. During a botanical walk in Kirchberg district, you will learn to identify local edible plants and those used to extract colour. Afterwards during the hands-on part, you do culinary experiments while cooking and learn natural dye techniques on textiles. The two workshops are connected and only participants who can attend both workshops are eligible.
