Walking Bus (Pedibus): Changes in Cents

Due to roadworks in Cents, the footpath linking Boulevard Charles Simonis, Rue Joseph Massarette and Rue Arthus Knaff will be closed temporarily. This is the section between stops 2 and 4 of line 1 of the Walking Bus. The affected stops will be relocated as required. The changes will be implemented in two phases:

Phase 1: 15 April to 16 May 2025

Almost all of the footpath between stops 3 and 4 will be closed. During this time, the Walking Bus will call at stop 3 as usual, but it will not turn around. Instead, it will continue along Rue Joseph Massarette to the junction with Rue Arthus Knaff, where stop 4 will be located. From there, the children will be able to use the usual pedestrian crossing.

Phase 2: 17 May to 17 June 2025

The short section between stops 2 and 3 will be closed. Stop 2 will therefore be moved to the odd-numbered side of Boulevard Charles Simonis so that the Walking Bus can continue towards Rue de Trèves and then cross at the intersection with Rue Léon Kaufman. The Walking Bus will then take the footpath that connects Rue Joseph Massarette to Rue Léon Kaufman and then follow the route set up during the first detour to reach the school.
