Neighbourhood fairs in Luxembourg – known as kermesses – have long been an integral part of our local traditions, our culture, and our intangible cultural heritage. They cater to all ages and backgrounds – the young and the young at heart, former and new residents, and more – and afford fairgoers an excellent opportunity to meet, socialise and have fun in a friendly, laid-back atmosphere.
