42nd COSL Spillfest

For the COSL Spillfest – organised by the Luxembourg Olympic and Sporting Committee (Comité Olympique et Sportif Luxembourgeois) together with the City of Luxembourg and various sports federations – a number of traffic changes will be in force to facilitate access to the Kockelscheuer lake.

• P+R Kockelscheuer will be closed and parking will be prohibited from 23:00 on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, until the end of the event.
• Parking will be strictly prohibited along Route de Bettembourg between Boulevard de Kockelscheuer and the Haus vun der Natur.

Shuttles and P+R facilities

Our Service Autobus (Bus Department) will be providing a number of shuttle services for quick and easy transport to and from nearby P+R facilities.

• During the COSL Spillfest, line 18 buses between Kockelscheuer, P+R Stade de Luxembourg and Luxembourg Central Station will be operating more frequently, with buses every 15 minutes.
• Line 39 buses will be operating between P+R Lux-Sud, P+R Stade de Luxembourg, and Kockelscheuer every 15 minutes. Service begins at 9:22 to Kockelscheuer, and the last shuttle leaves at 19:11 for P+R Lux-Sud.
• Line 40 buses will be operating between P+R Bouillon, P+R Stade de Luxembourg, and Kockelscheuer every 15 minutes. Service begins at 9:22 to Kockelscheuer, and the last shuttle leaves at 19:17 for P+R Bouillon.
