Everybody Loves Bingo is a dynamic cultural mediation event that merges the Common Ground contemporary art exhibition with the bold, vibrant energy of La Queerdom, a Metz-based drag collective. Together, they transform the Galerie into a space of connection, where humour and symbolism break down barriers and invite everyone to engage with art in a fresh and unfiltered way.

This project isn’t just about drag, it’s about redefining accessibility in art. By blending drag performance with a trivia bingo game, it turns the exhibition into an interactive adventure, encouraging participants to explore contemporary art through play, curiosity, and a touch of rebellious joy. The goal is to challenge how we see art, dismantle pretenses, and prove that creativity, like drag, belongs to everyone.

And because fun should always come with a reward, the evening wraps up with prizes from Rotondes, as little souvenirs of the experience. Whether you’re a seasoned art lover or someone who’s never set foot in a gallery, Everybody Loves Bingo. promises a night of discovery, laughter, and connection where the only rule is to leave your expectations at the door.

Building a community

Through this series, the organisers are not just celebrating drag and art. Their aim is to build a community where learning, play, and cultural exchanges thrive.

In the spirit of bringing different communities together, the bingo games will be organised a little differently depending on the audience.
