Introduction
Cityshopping.lu is managed by the City of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg City Business Association (Union Commerciale de la Ville de Luxembourg – UCVL).
Online since 2009, the platform was given a makeover in 2020. A bunch of new features have been added to meet the new needs of those visiting and living in the capital, but above all, the city's retailers, who will have their very own digital shop window!

Retailers
As a genuine showcase for shops in the city, cityshopping.lu is open to all retailers in Luxembourg City, even those who are not UCVL members. As such, any shop owner can create and update their own page on the platform through the "Retail" database on commerce.vdl.lu.
General public
Anyone who is looking for specific information, or simply browsing the platform, can follow their favourite shops and, at the click of a mouse, view further details about the items and services on offer (Wi-Fi, click & collect, toilets, access for persons with reduced mobility, home deliveries, etc.), opening hours, locations and accepted methods of payment.
Information available around the clock
To further enhance residents' and visitors' shopping experience in Luxembourg City, the platform features a powerful search engine that can be used to perform searches by brand, as well as a host of other criteria.
And that's not all... it also shows which buses call at the stops nearest the shops, and how many spaces are available in nearby car parks. In short, the platform also provides a wealth of additional information that will be useful to people who want to discover or re-discover the joys of shopping in Luxembourg City.
